The Challenge
Parps Education Centre lacked an active online presence, making it difficult for new parents to discover the school or access key educational information. Essential updates like term dates, announcements, and program details could only be shared through physical newsletters or manual updates. The school needed an accessible, engaging website that would introduce their brand to the public and streamline inquiries. The challenge was to build an easy-to-manage web platform that allowed non-technical school staff to keep the information current and relevant.
The Solution
I developed a fully responsive Next.js school website that showcases the school's curriculum, facilities, and community values. The site features a digital admissions application and a secure admin panel that allows the school to update details in real time. Through the dashboard, administrators can edit the homepage content, publish blog posts, and update calendar dates dynamically. I integrated automated email replies to immediately acknowledge parent inquiries and online applications.
The Results
The final web application successfully established the school's online brand and improved communication with the local community. Parents can now easily explore school programs and submit application forms directly through the website. The administration can instantly update announcements and school information from any device without editing source code. This project modernized the school's public outreach and significantly simplified the registration workflow.
