The Challenge
The client required a scalable solution to manage a fast-paced production season and frequent cast transitions. Their existing manual workflow for show listings and artist updates was inefficient and often resulted in poor search engine visibility for upcoming performances. They needed a secure, centralized hub capable of handling rich media and complex scheduling without technical friction.
The Solution
I architected a robust RESTful API and a component-driven frontend to centralize all operations into a single management interface. By implementing a flexible schema for productions and events, I enabled the handling of complex dates and multi-media content. I also developed a custom administrative dashboard that allows staff to update site content, manage SEO settings, and handle audience inquiries independently.
The Results
The implementation of this system led to a significant reduction in administrative overhead, allowing the team to focus on creative production rather than site maintenance.
